The Treatment was below my expectation for the following reasons:
1) It was less than half hour about 20min which is less than promised.
2) The massage was supposed to be face, neck and shoulders so I didn't understand why spending half of the time massaging my hair.
The massage was with olive oil and I hated the smell and I found a red spots in my face right after the massage.
- I didn't like the cold thing you put on my eyes, I think it was not clean as I got swollen eyes the following day.
I am extremely disappointed and I was misleaded by the previous reviews.

I am very sorry to hear that the treatment did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstandings.

The treatment you booked is 30 minutes, and I always use the final minutes to gently remove the oil and apply daycare products, which is a standard part of the face, neck, and shoulder massage.

I also do not use olive oil during my treatments. I only use jojoba oil, which is a very mild and skin-friendly oil suitable for most skin types. If you have any sensitivities, I am always happy to adjust the products when informed in advance.

The “cold thing” you mentioned is a jade stone eye mask, intended to relax the eye area and reduce tension. If you did not feel comfortable with it, you could have simply told me during the treatment and I would have removed it immediately.

During the session you did not mention any discomfort regarding the duration, the products, or the mask. At the end of the treatment, I asked if everything was to your satisfaction, and you said yes. I even gave you a loyalty card to collect stamps which you happily accepted and took with you and you left with a smile.. For that reason, it is disappointing to see these concerns shared only online and ignoring my texts afterwards.

Ik vind dit de beste salon van Almere en omstreken. Reha is heel kundig, neemt de tijd en gebruikt alleen de beste producten zoals Esse. Zij geeft ook bij de facial een heerlijke massage waardoor ik als herboren de salon uitstap. Kortom, top!
